OPEN WALL

The wall was partially opened between Family room with TV, and Sitting room with Fireplace. This allowed flow between rooms while keeping them separate. A cohesive color palette unifies both spaces, while allowing a bit of differentiation in finishes between the rooms. Process was design consulting, with client photos after implementing.

BI LEVEL TOWNHOME

Open Floorplan walking up to Kitchen in center, with the Family room on Left and Dining on Right. Both sides rooms were defined by deepened alcove but otherwise no walls separating. We kept the color palette neutral throughout, and used the same window treatments in both sides of the space to unify the rooms.

 OPEN FLOORPLAN

This home has an open floorplan with kitchen, dining & living areas sharing the same large space with no walls for definition. Here we used furniture to help define the seating area while leaving it open for. The color palette applied the same muted colors in different areas in furniture, stone accent, and using a red accent color throughout the space to add interest and unify.
